I-RECOMMEND.info
What is this site about?
This site is based on an idea that a lot of people in this world are incompetent and lazy. And thus a lot of services and goods you are using every day have insufficient quality and popular only because of successful advertizing and consumer's lack of information. In other words, the idea is "quality goods and services are rare". If you do not agree with this statement, it's probably better for you to leave this site and never return.
For example, I lived in big city and during 10 years I have found less than 10 dining places that I considered good in terms of quality/price ratio. And all of them were recommended to me by some friends. Worse than that - out of 4 dentists, each also recommened by friends, only 1 was good.
It became even worse when I moved to another country. When you move even within your own country, in most of cases you occur in a situation when you are not sure anymore which cafetery, autoservice, doctor or lawyer are good for you. You have to ask friends if you are lucky to have them in this new place or you have to experiment, often with unpleasant results, until you find what's good for you.
And when you move to another country it's even worse - you are not sure anymore which products are good, because the brands and consumer preferences are often different.
If you are still reading this you should have already grasped the concept. On this site you can share your knowledge about some quality services and goods and see what other people recommend so that you can try it. I mostly intended this site for services as they are usually more difficult and costy to experiment with than with products, but I added products just in case.
This is not "yellow pages" or other kind of text or mapped catalogue. There are plenty of those in the net, I know. Main idea is that you add here only what you personally like, not just everything you are aware of. You can also add what you tried and had a distinctly bad experience out of it to warn others not to use it. But the primary idea is to tell people about good stuff.
